Join a Leading Breast Radiology Service in Scotland
We are seeking a Specialty Doctor in Breast Radiology to join a supportive, innovative team at a modern, purpose-built Breast Centre. This is a unique chance to work across both symptomatic and screening services, alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team including surgeons, oncologists, and advanced practice radiographers.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting one-stop breast clinics with mammography, ultrasound, and stereotactic biopsies
Reporting on both screening and symptomatic mammograms
Active participation in MDT meetings and contributing to patient management
Involvement in audit, teaching, and service development initiatives
Ideal Candidate
GMC registered with licence to practise, FRCR (or equivalent)
4+ years post-registration experience, ideally in breast imaging
Competent in mammography, breast ultrasound, and biopsy techniques
Keen to develop expertise in breast radiology (mentorship/training supported)
Recent NHS experience desirable
